How Do I Rent an Office?

  1. Our office sizes start from 122 square meters and go up to 540 square meters.
  2. Rentals are made based on square meter unit price. In addition to the rent, monthly general expenses are billed.
  3. Before signing the contract, the Person/Company that will make the lease must obtain the Company Activity Certificate, Trade Registry, Signature Circular and Tax Certificate documents belonging to the Real or Legal Entity and, if necessary, a definitive and indefinite Bank Guarantee Letter in the Guarantee section.
  4. General expenses consist of heating, cooling, ventilation, security, building cleaning and water bill.
  5. 1 month's rent (VAT included) will be paid in cash on the contract signing date. Additionally, two months' rent will be taken as security.

  • Tax Certificate
  • Commercial Registry
  • Operating certificate
  • Signature Circulars
  • Power of attorney issued on behalf of the person authorized to sign a contract on behalf of the company
  • Photocopy of the Identity Card of the person authorized to sign contracts on behalf of the company
