How Do I Rent an Office?
- Our office sizes start from 122 square meters and go up to 540 square meters.
- Rentals are made based on square meter unit price. In addition to the rent, monthly general expenses are billed.
- Before signing the contract, the Person/Company that will make the lease must obtain the Company Activity Certificate, Trade Registry, Signature Circular and Tax Certificate documents belonging to the Real or Legal Entity and, if necessary, a definitive and indefinite Bank Guarantee Letter in the Guarantee section.
- General expenses consist of heating, cooling, ventilation, security, building cleaning and water bill.
- 1 month's rent (VAT included) will be paid in cash on the contract signing date. Additionally, two months' rent will be taken as security.

- Commercial Registry
- Operating certificate
- Signature Circulars
- Power of attorney issued on behalf of the person authorized to sign a contract on behalf of the company
- Photocopy of the Identity Card of the person authorized to sign contracts on behalf of the company
